Artist statement:

"You can't start a fire
You can't start a fire without a spark
This gun's for hire
Even if we're just dancin' in the dark"

This artwork was exhibited in my solo exhibition, 'Mid-sentence' at Gatakers Artspace in Maryborough, QLD in April 2022. It was the featured artwork for my artist talk promotional material by the gallery.

This artwork was exhibited in the group show “Downlands Art Exhibition” at the Grahams Centre in Toowoomba in 2022. It was and featured as a curators selection.

This artwork was carefully drawn with a ballpoint pen pencils on high quality 200gsm paper.
