Dear Diary,
It’s 5 o’clock. Kids running wild, dinner sizzling on the stove, and a glass of wine twirling in my hand. This is the first entry in my Rituals series, where I explore the small intimate gestures that punctuate each day. Here, the deep red of the wine softly bleeds into the painted nails, a quiet connection between the drink and the hand that holds it. A moment to pause, reflect, and claim a breath of my own.
